Can I change my order?
As soon as your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot make any changes to your order once it is fulfilled.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. We do our best to process and ship orders within 2 business days. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada. We are always looking to expand, send us a note if you want Confetti Cart in your country.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Once placed, standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please be advised that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale promotions, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Expedited and overnight orders must be placed by 9AM CST to ship the same business day. Expedited and overnight orders placed after 9AM CST will ship the next business day.

Where is my package?
After your order has been successfully packaged and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification to view your tracking information.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow the carrier an additional 72 hours to complete delivery. If you still have not received your package, email us at orders@shopconfetticart.com.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
What do I do if I need to change my shipping address?
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at orders@shopconfetticart.com as soon as possible. We can change the address if the package hasn’t been fulfilled and left our facility. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to reroute your package.
Can I get more information on sizing or fit of a product?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you wish to initiate a return, kindly follow these steps. Contact customer support within the 30-day return period via returns@shopconfetticart.com. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return via mail, a refund will be issued. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
Can I use more than one promotion or discount code?
Unfortunately, our system only allows for one discount code per order.
